I have been working for more then 14 years(12 at Accenture) in the digital transformation field as a Service & User Experience Designer and my good fortune is that I love my role because it allows me to be curious face new challenges and make happy customers everyday. I believe in innovation by design, to improve people's life, disrupt markets and deliver business outcomes like customer's adoption, revenue and loyalty . In my last projects, I developed a lean mindset that allows me to rapidly design great services lead by data and validated by the users in an MVP way.
