I graduated in engineering and in my first 8 years of career I worked as a consultant for companies. I have known the SME market for more than 20 years and today I'm in the Software Development of Wolters Kluwer. I lead the teams developing solutions for the SME market (ERP, CRM, einvoicing solutions); in particular I drive the transformation towards the cloud, which requires a change of pace, methodologies and mindset and to pay maximum attention to the User eXperience of our products. I love technological challenges and I believe that continuous innovation is the key to success.
