I have a degree in Cognitive Psychology and PhD in Communication Sciences. More than 20 years experience in projects related to Digital transformation process and User Centered Design. In the last 10 years my focus has been the application of Artificial Intelligence technology to Digital Transformation and CRM process automation. Currently leading a multidisciplinary team of 20 professionals (AI Tech and Data Analysts, Knowledge engineers, Conversation Designers) focusing on innovative services powered by Artificial Intelligence technology.
Guido is currently working as Chief Architect in Assist Digital. With a twenty-year experience in software design and development, moving from videogames to embedded systems, he has been working on designing of enterprise cloud native solutions addressed to different markets (telco, banking, automotive, media and retail). He loves his job and stays with his passion through open source stacks, always looking for emerging technologies.
