How to start writing autotests and not go crazy

The mobile world is growing and developing. Our applications are not only “to download from a server and to show in a list”. Our applications are big infrastructure, increasing the complexity of projects and the desire to release faster. And if we want stable and frequent releases then we need autotests. But. Autotests - is a good solution, no doubts. But where to begin? How do you write to them? What underwater icebergs are waiting for us? In my speech, I want to describe how to start. I’m sure that after my speech you will not be afraid of autotests.
