AI has become part of our everyday life, going from smartphone features up to complex fields like health and finance, and it can be extremely useful to simplify our work and help us in taking decisions, until we can trust it. So, the big question is: do we trust AI? Research in AI fairness analysis and bias mitigation is growing faster to find answers. In this talk I will briefly introduce the problem and the state of art.

In this role Najla has gained solid experience in cloud and cognitive architectures, including hybrids. She collaborates with the Quantum Computing team in Italy for information purposes. She received her PhD in Astronomy, specializing in Cosmology at the La Sapienza University of Rome.
